該系列是一款90°部分回轉(zhuǎn)手動(dòng)驅(qū)動(dòng)裝置。適用于球閥、蝶閥、旋塞閥等閥門。箱體采用精密鑄造，樣式新穎，外形美觀。采用蝸輪蝸桿傳動(dòng)，蝸輪副自鎖，使用圓錐滾子承軸和推力球軸承結(jié)合，傳動(dòng)更加靈活，效率高。蝸輪箱輸出扭矩與連接法蘭標(biāo)準(zhǔn)扭矩相匹配，閥桿外徑和安裝高度符合國(guó)際標(biāo)準(zhǔn)。法蘭全部采用ISO5211國(guó)際標(biāo)準(zhǔn)，與閥門配套更加方便。防護(hù)等級(jí)為IP65.特殊環(huán)境還可做到IP68以及浸沒模式. These are quarter turn gear actuators, suitable for ball valves,butterfly valves and plug valves etc.The housing is precisely cast, with fresh pattern and nice appearance.It transmitted by worm gear and worm, with self-locking function.Tapered roller bearing and thrust ball bearing combination makes the transmission more flexible and efficient. Max-torque of actuators matches with connecting flange standard, stem diameter and install height are all international standard.The connectting flange adapts to I.S.O.5211 makes it easy working with valves.Protection grade can be IP65, IP67, IP68 and Immersion mode according to customers requirements.
